Program

The MOVE Workplace eight Week On-Ramp Program is designed to help employees make initial changes to their daily movements and start to build healthy movement habits that fit seamlessly into the workday. 

We begin with an Assessment of the needs of each individual employee and evaluate your organisation’s overall movement needs with our Basic Workplace Wellness Assessment and receive your organisational MOVE. Score. Based on the results, we choose a weekly workshop and activity to fit the needs of your organisation and the individuals within it. We then measure progress after 4 weeks, address barriers to improvement and then repeat the process.

Our assessment process analyses the status of each individual to determine the best match of services. We assess individuals goals, how often and well they move and other lifestyle factors.

We match workshops, activities and coaches to the needs of the organisation and the employees.
